She has worked at corporate companies and various start-ups in the US and Europe, where she has helped companies expand and scale their business, build strategic relationships and bring them to the forefront of digital transformation. By restructuring operations and optimizing staff performance, she slashed error rate and increased productivity in various companies. Katrin believes that all team members within a company can be engaged in the process of prototyping new ideas. She is passionate about urban environments and digital transformation and acts as a Project Manager in real estate projects. Katrin holds a Master in Science in Smart Cities and Urban Analytics from University College London and an MBA from Danube University.
